If you’re in New Zealand — yes, absolutely. (International friends, we’re working on it soon.)
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days once dispatched. If you live rural, it may take a touch longer — thank you for your patience
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

What does NORO mean?
NORO is a name close to our hearts — it comes from our two ambassadors, Oreo (our curious pup) and Noki (our playful Devon Rex). Together, they inspire everything we create: refined living for cozy moments shared with those you love.
Where do you find your products?
We don’t follow trends — we discover. Each product is handpicked like a hidden gem, chosen for its balance of beauty, quality, and pet-friendly design. If it feels special, it belongs in the noro collection.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can wrap your order beautifully and include a handwritten note — just select the option at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.
