Do you ship to me?
If you’re in New Zealand — yes, absolutely. (International friends, we’re working on it soon.)
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We usually pack and send your order within 1–3 working days.
After that, delivery is typically 2–5 working days across New Zealand. If you’re rural, it might take a little longer.
What if something isn’t right with my order?
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t seem right, please email us at info@noro.co.nz with your order number and a photo.
We’ll take a look and sort it out with you.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if we're able to catch it in time, we’ll do our best to update it.

Are your products pet-friendly?
Yes, everything we bring in is chosen with pets in mind.
We focus on materials, ingredients, and design that are more suitable for shared living, so you can enjoy them around your pet with greater peace of mind.
That said, we always recommend using products as intended and keeping an eye on your pet, especially with items like candles or toys..
Where do you find your products?
We don’t follow trends — we discover.
Each product is handpicked like a hidden gem, chosen for its balance of beauty, quality, and pet-friendly design. If it feels special, it belongs in the noro collection.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can wrap your order beautifully and include a handwritten note — just select the option at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.
Do you have a physical store?
We’re currently online only, with occasional pop-ups and market days.
